    Who made this blank?

I had Kevlar Avon rod many yrs ago made by North western rods….lettering looks the same from memory and also the weave, but their blanks also had the NW rods logo/words so can’t be sure!? It was a lovely through action rod I used for tenching

    Warm fishing jackets & trousers

Snugpak sj9 are excellent ….but also these are worth every penny in keeping your lower back area warm - same as the snugpak they have the longer back. A real winner imo https://www.militarykit.com/products/british-army-pcs-thermal-undershirt-light-olive-used

    Adam's Mill, bankside clearance

Again no housing for a good 3.5 miles until you get to Haversham weir

    Adam's Mill, bankside clearance

That doesn’t make sense to me….Adams is on a large flood plain with no housing nearby …if anything this would increase water flow into Newport pagnell at an even faster rate rather than facing the trees help restrict flow 🤷‍♂️

    Your angling journey.

Was my 8th birthday and I got a Woolies winfield starter kit. I didn’t take to it initially and it probably sat in the cupboard for a few months with little use, then one day I came home from school to find a big trout on the kitchen table and my dad telling me he borrowed my rod and caught it...

    Adam's Mill, bankside clearance

It’s horrendous destruction of a natural habitat for so many species; it will all grow back but in the meantime leaves the resident wildlife very vulnerable. Was there any reasoning for it?

    River feeder rod

Have a look for a drennan DRX river feeder or a matchpro feeder….or if you can find one a drennan combo feeder that can be used at 11/6 12/6 - superb versatile rods that will cover all your needs. The extra length might be useful on the Thames? The acolytes also come in 13/14ft There is a 13’10...

Catch Cult 43 barbel and chub articles.

It might be in some areas but not mine unfortunately, the benefit of paper/card covering is it’s universally recyclable. As I say only a small gripe but one that maybe could also affect others?
