I use the rod phone holder and had no issues with it. I suppose it depends how far you want to chuck it out. 50/60m is easily done with gentle lob.

Like most tackle producers now days some good gear and some absolute tat. There pentalite shelter is great and there tripod is bang on but some of their gear is badly thought out tat.

Screw type are best by a mile. I've got some old korum ones with a really coarse screw which will go into owt. Don't think they do them anymore.

What's up with camper vans? I can't believe there's people on here who wouldn't give you a couple of leads. Only last week an angler ask me for some PVA and I just gave him 2 or 3 metres and told him to give me a shout if he needed more.

I honestly wouldn't bother pal at the moment, it's fishing crap. I'd wait till some bad weather to drive the warm weather anglers away.
