Thanks Craig a little story for you, about five years ago someone bought me a set of these savers z3 for my birthday and they are still going strong in between I thought I was bettering myself a couple of years ago and treated myself to a set of prolific snz and over two years they have...
I have been looking for a set of budget Alarms and sonik SKS in particular but also I see sonik do another called the Vader x, so looking on flea bay and I notice another called Hirisi and they do an alarm that looks identical to the Vader x so wondering if they are one and the same alarm...
Hi guys looking for a bit of advice for the use of Shimano 5500 lc medium bait runners.
The troublesome plastic line guards on mine don't seem to last long before I need to replace them but they are becoming hard to find so since the beginning of the season I have been using the reels without...

I clean mine with a length of string dropped through with the help a a bit of lead tied on one end and a piece of jay cloth tied on the other , pull it through a couple of times takes all the grit etc out no prob but don't put oil or anything down as could stop the little rubber thingy from...
Thanks for your replies chaps, to sum your educated comments up they seem seem to be a good hook but make a point of checking the points regularly which I think is a fair assesment
Many thanks.
