This is something that's really doing my head in. Supposedly "professional" anglers holding large perch by only the lip. And even more so that these photos are being published and liked all over social media. Does anyone else agree that no fish should be held by just the lip and not supported...
Since grayling fishing has totally consumed my fishing the past few winters, I want to venture out to new rivers. Does anyone know of any places/stretches on the Dee that allow trotting for grayling?
Any help hugely appreciated!
Just had a look rob, it's gone by the looks of it. It wasn't described as a tfg rod, just as a specialist Avon! My pal has a pair, he hasn't used for a long while, I shall ask him if he wants to sell, If so, I'll let you know!
Plus I think giving people who want to be involved in angling writing a chance is fantastic, I'll certainly be in touch about a winter article I have in mind.

Hi all, does anyone know any good stretches on the Trent for decent roach? I've always pick the odd one up while barbelling, but want to go and specifically target them. Cheers
Thinking of fishing the free stretch of the frome next week at wareham, has anyone got any tips on what approach to use to target the roach? Cheers guys
