Agreed Ade but, I think the anglers will have to go to the fish, and not expect the fish to come to them. IMO until efforts are made to fish more than just the regular haunts its unlikely to happen too soon. Unless you know the location of a fish thats already knocking on the records door ;)...

Me too Jon, since your last post many months ago about these (Belated thanks ;) )I was using Korda wide gapes - these are sharper (and cheaper) His trebles are ok too - not in an Owner class, but more than adequate for my needs. (i.e I've not yet cursed the hook for a lost fish :D)

Mark There is one issue these little beauties suffer and thats a failure of the anti reverse. Appears to be quite common. Quotes from a.n.other web site "The ss anti reverse are finicky . My oldest ss2600 is in service about 12 years and every now and then the anti reverse stops working...

I'm after two redundant, any colour, swingers. I'll take one's with broken heads/gate latches (Those are bits I don't need.) Fox copies would be okay too. As long as the needle arm,. sliding weight, and bankstick attachment bits are working and in good nick (a straight wire is a must though)...
