With the weather that the north have been having I wonder how far behind spawning will be this closed season?

I haven't noticed a season for paddlers Joe legal or otherwise. The closed season is so ridiculous that while one cannot fish a river during it moving a few yards to inside a marina that's connected to the river will see you fishing perfectly legally. Guess where the fish go during floods :)
