    Tend to be good fish but not many so definitely worth it. If you get disheartened you can always pop to the Wye for a shot in the arm.

    Also in higher water straight under your rod tip behind any kind of cover which seems few and far between.

    Few and far between prefer to fish the deeper runs obviously. Meat is a winner in low light I've also had good success with pellet and casters.

    At this moment my 10' Hexagraph self built rods (made from a 15ft salmon rod rods top 2 sections). Not the most amazing builds but look ok, but a growing process that took a fair bit of work.
