After we've agreed that Mark's post got it about right I might have to pop down to the Land's End pub to work out how a 20 foot hooklength works. My rod is only 12'
The top item on the BFW classified section should sort you out I reckon and you'll have a bit of change. Cheers Nick

The free stretch of the Frome at Wareham goes for over a mile of the south /west bank downstream from the bridge in the town. There's good roach there, but wall to wall boats moored along the bank. Very friendly and helpful tackle shop 40/50 yards from the bridge, the guy there will help with...
...but sold him short with theIntrepid deluxe reel though. Get i'm a proper Pin for Gaw'ds sake if you really care. x (can't find the smiley things otherwise they'd be winking).
I like you Howard can't see that it's a lot of effort to complete and contribute to the survey and I imagine over time better knowledge of habitat is only a good thing as it will enable and justify the preservation and knowing creation of suitable environments for the fish to thrive in the...

By complete coincidence, I'm talking as someone who today had an argument with someone at the till in Poundland. Police were called and the arguing continued outside. Lady was taken away by police. See that's the sort of person you're dealing with on this forum.
I would refer any would be top angler compete on the River Pinn for burbot and sea horses and then report back to this thread.
I agree with that but, sorry to say, that's a total contradiction to your perpetual stance Nick A.
