2 rod sleeve offering full rod protection?

I recently purchase a Mosella Kompact system, the sleeves are well made and more than long enough for 12' rod sections (many are a tight fit)...

    Twin tip rods

Don't want to sell them, got rid of my Daiwa Proteus rods so they are my only barbel rods at the moment.

    Twin tip rods

I have a pair of these, not seen much use. I thought about getting 2 extra butt sections so I had 2 x 1.75lb & 2 x 2.2lb rods, contacted Preston/Korum only to be told they have no spare sections for these, even though they have a 2 year guarantee.

    River Thames depths

Just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere online that would have a map of the Thames (non tidal) which gives the depths ? Been searching & searching, EA list depths at measuring stations, but wondered if there is anything with more detail.

    Best hemp?

If using hemp for feed, does it matter if it doesn't all split? would the fish still be attracted to un split hemp?, My guess is they would, so why worry. I recently got some prepared from Angling Direct, 5kg of own brand "Advanta" , with the discount worked out just over £10 delivered...

    Goretex jacket options

I have one too, very waterproof, only thing is, it zips up "girly", (wrong side).

    Korum Fast mat

I use a Korum multi mat, mat/weigh sling/ bag, all in one. Just have that with a few bits in, chair & rod bag. Only thing I would have liked is it to zip up, but so far nothings fallen out on my travels.

    Trent rod rests.

The prologic tri sky pod is a decent bit of kit, it is a bit heavy, but the bag it comes in makes it easy to transport. I had the 3 rod version, sold it on as it was not really suitable for fishing small rivers or the Thames. Home-un-liesure on ebay have a few going most of the time, you can get...

    13 ft rod holdall

I'm after a bag for 13ft 2 piece rods, but not a ready rod type, just a plain good old fashion holdall to put tubes in, it doesn't take that long to set up & take down rods, I worry with them in sleeves that they will be damaged, also several sleeves have the zip doing up around the reel, can...

    length of hooklengths?

Looking at your impressive results on the Thames, I would take any pointers you can or would give regarding rigs/bait. One thing seems to crop up from time to time is fish being spooked by flurocarbon hooklengths, is that something you use or is it braid or mono ?

    Hirisi or similar chinese reels

Do you have those exact alarms ? The build quality looks awful , great big gap in the join. I was tempted to get some others, Hirisi have some cracking looking sets with loads of features, and as most named brand alarms are made in China, chances are they share some components. Eventually I...

    Naming stretches.

Google Earth is fine to an extent, but does it display parking restrictions ? I went to Walton Bridge yesterday, totally changed, and councils are apt to putting in yellow lines at a whim.

    Hirisi or similar chinese reels

If you need a set of budget alarms to go with your budget reels, these may fit the bill, pretty self explanatory . https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/rubbish-Fishing-Illuminated-Fishing-Bite-Alarm-Set-Fish-Finders-Tools-J4E2/233223967807?epid=12031449235&hash=item364d3b543f:g:rZIAAOSwAdtc1mrw

    Naming stretches.

Are we talking of free stretches or club waters ? Surely club/syndicate water info would be known to all members? All I would want to know is if anyone knows of free stretches where parking is fairly easy, mainly the Thames from Teddington to Shepperton, had a looksie today, years since I fished...

I thought part of watercraft was being stealthy , that reel is LOUD.

    Hirisi or similar chinese reels

It depends on what you mean by cheap, but these should be good if they are anything like the P3000 I have. I have a ebay bid on a X Aero 2500, and if I don't win I'll be getting 2 of these...
