Used them for a couple seasons now. Usually just tied on a hair, gives the bait more movement and is convenient for changing bait size. Have also used them straight on the shank with wafters and had some success.

Another vote here for Sticky krill. Can make a nice paste with the active mix too. The krill wafters wrapped in that paste have caught me a lot of fish. Then there is; 3ft twitch - SG1, Redemption black and lamprey & herring. Vortex baits - CKO
