You didn't mention your budget Jamie but you could do a lot worse than getting yourself an Okuma Pro ( bronze coloured ones ) and then if it doesn't work out your good lady hasn't wasted a silly amount of money and you should get a decent amount in resale. It will meet your needs admirably.
