Cheers Rhys,did wonder myself.On the mat it literally had the proportions of a twenty pound carp.When I realised it was the big known fish I then knew it was around the 16 to 17lb mark,and the RH9000 were pretty accurate.

I think the fishes mouths in pea soup commercial waters are in such a state because they see the inside of a keepnet all week long.Look at any worthwhile quarry (river fish,gravel pit,canal even) their mouths are nearly always fine,including famous specimens that stare back at us from angling...
