Evening all,
Due to cost & availability, I have been thinking of using fresh liver as an ingredient within my baits or even making a pate. There is chicken, pork, lamb & ox. Prices are quite cheap compared to their powdered counterparts.
Any general pointers appreciated.

Sounds like an expensive, but trick, tasty mix! I was toying with the idea of using various forms of pate as a cheaper, easily obtainable meaty booster. I think it would be easily incorporated into the boilie mix with a tweak or two.

I am exactly of the same opinion Adie, I have a few different Diawa's & are much more enjoyable to use that my variety of shimano's. I have never used any of the Okuma range but will be looking into these in due course - from what folks have said here seemingly good value for money too...
