My mate uses the bbc and if we had gone with that yesterday we would have had a soaking or stopped at home. It said 8hrs of steady rain. I use weather radar and it said dry with a 10% chance of rain. We had a good evenings fishing and it stayed dry so you just have to take a chance

I bought one of these because of my dodgy back and knees and bought some aluminium tube to extend the legs, I can sit about 2 feet off the ground now or take the back legs off and put sawn down bank sticks in on steep river banks

I’ve only been using them for the last few months pal, I was using hair rigs then another angler say me struggling at night and showed me them, with my eye sight they’ve been a god send

😂 it’s a lot simpler than having to thread a hair rig at night , just screw the bait on and away you go, the hook as a lot of movement as well

I just use a D-rig kicker with a 12mm bait screw on a curved shank size 10 or 12
