I really like that DVD and love his contribution to Catching the Impossible. Who can forget the 3lb Stour roach? He seemed like a really nice chap and was certainly an angling legend. Sad news RIP.

Had a lovely afternoon on the wonderful River Nidd with Anthony. In spite of the cold, the perch were biting.

I love this rod. It's one of my favourites. At its best chubbing/perching on small rivers but i also love it for tench as long as the range isn't too extreme. It's beautifully finished, and the action makes it an absolute pleasure to play fish on. I've also got the Drennan avon quiver 1.25tc...

Mink are big fans of otter fences too. I saw a couple hunting happily on my fenced syndicate the other week!

I think that's sad news. Made some excellent boilies and pellets and the service was first rate. :(
