Meat placed in garlic powder and hot curry powder fried on all sides to toughen it up.....then frozen with some hemp oil.....its kept me in barbel in flood conditions
I and a few other lads caught in -7c air temperature over a weekend....its doable but you need to be in the right area....we favoured deeper water with Boilies as bait. It wasn't a bite a chuck but we all caught.
The Air temperature last year was over 20 degrees many times. Yet a single species group didnt post that we shouldn't fish it then? Also if the single species group ambassador can guide people for payment....it lessens my belief in this groups credibility.

A crimp crushed at the end will form a "stress raiser" sooner or later a stress raiser will cause a fatigue failure. The longer lived the wire, the worse the problem.
