What is the lightest loading you are going to make Richard ?
I want some for a small, medium pace river (Yorkshire Derwent), so don't want really heavy ones.

Neil, our tastes must be similar. Got banned from driving at 14 on an LD lambretta. First legal bike a C15, then Royal Enfield. Then worked in the test department at Pirelli, and crashed one of their Cooper S's.
Owned a tuned mini, imp then lotus until family came along and sorry to admit an...
I've got the 11' version which I purchased second hand from a bfw member. He also had a used 12' for sale, but the 11' was ideal for the small rivers I fish. The Harrison blank is reputed to be to Trefors specification, but it behaves like a Torrix.
Jack, I've purchased all my quality gear from guys on this site. They are a smashing set of anglers and always give you a true description of what they are offering. I'm sure someone will have just what you need.
Good luck.

Having somewhat hijacked Alan's thread regarding a search for a 11' Torrix (sorry Alan), I thought I would open a specific one 're Lone Angler products.
If you've read Alan's post, you will know I own an 11' * 1.75 Trefor West Barbel rod.
This I have compared to a Torrix and although very...
It is a cracking rod Paul, in a really dark green. The guy I got it from also had a 12' Lone Angler for sale at the same time.
Not sure how the two lengths compare, but I had mine along side a 11' Torrix and put a good bend in both and the curves looked the same. I've been told before that...
Yes, love my Trefor West. The Torrix I have is the standard dark grey.
I have used them both together and I am no expert, but the action is the same as far as I can tell, just a little difference in the ringing and butt length.
