There’s been one on eBay for £750 for yonks…. Not worth anything near that which is why it’s not selling. There lovely versatile rods and I love mine but £240 is probably about the going rate. But ask yourself if you’ll use all 3 tip sections? If yes then might be worth a punt… they will...

My advice Russ would be to not rush into a purchase without being 100% sure of your needs. From another post of yours I think you have some good gear that will catch you fish…so spend a season using the gear on the rivers you will target and work out what you think their weaknesses are (if any)...

Selling on eBay has become a bit of a mare IMO, too many chancers, idiots and time wasters. Or at least that’s my experience. However, for buying it can still throw up some bargains, especially when seller has listed an item badly/incorrect or is local pick up only and your willing to travel

Adams mill is very narrow in places, especially the backwater….a good running jump and you’d clear it! To think it was once home to multiple giant barbel that would eclipse many of the Trent biggies is astonishing

It was that film and the Adams mill/kickles one that got me subscribing, brought back lots of fond memories whilst I can’t get out myself recovering from a hernia op ….have been impressed with the quality of the content so far, for the cost of a beer or two it’s worth it IMO
