    hi craig, ive been using a similar idea to pin my hooklink down using a small rubber float stop either side of an olivette, this can be moved up and down the hooklink without damaging it, i also use a small rubber float stop on the hair when using large pre drilled pellets to hold them in place...

    hi john, i use the trakker nxg 2 rod sleeve and can"t fault it, it is well padded, has a zipped landing net handle pocket and a seperate zipped bankstick pocket, also a small pouch at bottom to attach a brolly,i think there is a 12 and 13ft version mine being the 13 as i use tip and butt...
