I use a fox duralite chair . It’s solid with huge mud feet and the rear of the frame can be used on sloping banks . However the most important feature to me is it is ridiculously light . So easy to carry and I walk miles from swim to swim 🎣🌞🌞

Try the Mahin knot (the carrot knot) I use it and it’s safe and reliable

I bury the hook in the meat personally. A bare hook will catch every item of detritus on the bottom of the river bed .
