Yes but as a river card Warrington gives poor value. Once you've paid the first year joining fee, PAAS is the best value card out there IMHO.

Aigle Parcours 2 ISO, bomb proof, had mine 9 years and I live in them for autum/winter fishing. Made in France, not China. When the weather goes proper sub zero then Grubs Snowline. Had them a couple of years and no issues.
