many years ago Mike that might have been possible as my grandparents used to have donkeys on Cleethorpes beach. For a while my friends used to call me donkey and many a girlfriend was left disappointed . And if my fishing mate was around he would say eeaw eeaw eealways says that. Think I best...
Thanks for all the replies. Being compact is my main priority so the Nash metro looks favourite if I can pick one up reasonable. My only worry is I'll start taking the kitchen sink again!

Thinking of buying a barrow for some of the longer walks on the Trent. Considering Nash Metro, Carpporter mk2 fatboy/puncture proof or the cheaper carp zone. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks
Original fox floodwater 2.75 Ard 008 model. Comes with spare section with 4 quiver tips.Slightly bigger tip ring fitted to 2.75 section so as not toget blocked with weed so easily in flood conditions. Excellent condition, hardly used , only selling as I have 2 others. £100 plus £10 postage.
Can anyone recommend the above for a couple of days fishing? Haven or the Knightwick fishery? Any info would be appreciated that's additional to the website. Or anywhere similar that can be booked for a couple of anglers seeking to get away from it all.
Thanks
Just seen tonight's forecast so I'll give it a miss Bob.By the way, enjoyed your articles on the Notts site, very good.
I'm a member of both notts and Newark Jon, all very good stretches, but struggled for chub everywhere this season. You doing many on the tidal?
Thanks for the reply John. Yes it looks like a days chubbing would be a better bet but I must say this season I have caught the fewest chub ever. Quite worrying really. Anyone else noticed this ?
Regards John
Hi all,
Not been able to get to fish for the last 2 weeks, so itching to get out. As I live 60 miles away, does anyone have any info on the likely condition of the river tomorrow, possible water temp etc. Will be going on a Notts Pisc stretch if it seems worth the journey.
Thanks John
