I do like sonubait's stuff, very good bait. Mind the cheesy garlic oozing ones though they turned my fingers yellow for a few days. Had quite a few barbel on them though.
I have tried many different varieties of boilies, off the shelf, frozen (thawed) own made and have never had a barbel on them. So I don't use them. To be honest I keep a few in my bag just in case. But I don't hold much confidence in them. It was actually a toss up between a boilie and...
Ive been using 30lb dyneema spectra braid for all my river fishing. (10 quid flea bay) It's never failed me tbh, however I did a breaking strength test with my Ruben Heatons and it snaps consistently on 18lb of tension. Which I know the majority if not all braid have a much lower breaking strain...

What the actual f@#k. I could really see myself with that setup next to the river... NOT!!! Carp angling is getting daft now. Baitboats disguised as ducks, motorized barrows, now this! Carp angling? I'd rather shit in my hands and clap.
Hello David.
It's a pear shaped net head.
The circumference of the net is 80",
(24" across width, 30" length and net depth is 33" ish)
God knows where I got 18"×24" from.
Thank David
Chris..
Sweet baby jesus and the orphans, that net is stunning, I'd be scared to use it. What an amazing work of art!. Thank you David I will give it a measure. 👍🏻👏🏻
Hello everyone. I am after a net replacement for my whitlock. 18x 24" fairly deep decent size mesh holes. I can't be dealing with trying to land a fish in the current with inadequate holes for the water to pass through. Might aswell use a plastic bag. Can anyone recommend a good quality net...
