No all it was I was not getting any chub bites or bangs just the 2 barbel about an hour apart then the chub started biting and I had 2 and packed up and I was thinking did the Barbel keep the chub out of the swim and once they finished the chub move in to pick up what's left that's why I asked

Restores faith in the human race and especially anglers I think you would have had a different outcome from Carp anglers the river fraternity seems so much more helpful it's really is a breath of fresh air

Hi Derek but I don't think the alt runs through Halewood it's source starts on huyton Lane then flows down through bakers green, bluebell then onto Woolfall ect ect I don't think it doubles back just flows on through Kirkby magull Formby then into the mersey
