I'm guessing more open country, cheaper housing, less traffic( Goodness how I hate the Bournmouth /Ringwood Jams and cameras) Less competition from other anglers, smaller Barbel, smaller Roach, smaller Chub, smaller Grayling.
Well, income on the stretch is around 4k pa. If that was increased by promotion to 8k you'll be getting a fair ROI compared with the market.If the size of the fish and the numbers fishing are a factor in the value of river stretches, those on the Trent must be worth millions….![]()
