Does anyone have one they would part with?
Must be the 2.75lb version.
I have a couple of spare tip sections, so even the butt section would be ideal for me to make up a second rod.
I’ve got a pair of the Daiwa Powermesh deadbait rods at 3 1/2 lb test. Great rods, but be aware they do have extra long cork handles. They could do to be 6-9” shorter to be honest.

We fished in mid range tides in tbe middke of September and had 8 over two days. I’ve had them in tide sizes, I think sea conditions and baitfish availability are as if not more important.
There’s quite a difference between the 11ft Hardy Avon Supero and the 11ft 6” I have caught barbel on both, but the shorter 1lb tc rod has a much more through action, whereas the 1.3tc longer rod has more backbone in the butt section. I’ve had fish into double figures on the 11ft 6” rod and...
I fish Hardy Superos.
My almost daily user is the 11’6” Avon of which I have a pair.
I also have the 11ft Avon and the 12ft barbel in 3piece with the Avon and quiver tops.
For float fishing I have the full supero range from 11’10, 13, 14 and 15ft.
I have a bit of a Hardy problem.
