Bought this years ago and had it serviced by Garry Mills. Used it twice (and caught both times!) but then been sat in my basement unused for years.
Obviously it's not pristine but for it's age it's in very good working order. Spins very true and no wobble.

Had a bit of clear out and found some stuff I don't think I'll ever use.
First up is a JW Young lighweight centre pin. I got as far as loading it with 12lb Gamma Edge line and set up a rod with it, but that's as close to the bank as it got. And I've had it for years....!

Not sure how good they are but if you're only occasionally fishing the big rivers then the 2.75lb/13ft at £45 must be a bargain. Free postage as well...
