    Anyone fished the River Ock?

We are away on hoilday next week in the Oxfordshire countryside and I have noticed that we are right on the River Ock a tributary of the Thames. Has anyone fished this river and can give me some tips? Are there any Barbel in it? Any help would be great..thanks
