new to coarse fishing ( 4 years ) but have been a sea angler for 40 years.
after watching a you tube video on barbel i was smitten. caught my first barbel on the river stour at throop ( exactly 11lb) after 6 months of blanks.. well chuffed..thought to myself " got this barbel fishing sussed already " how wrong was I !!!!! didnt catch another barbel all season ( throop is a very hard venue )..
