    The fishery predation survey

Surely the best thing to do is call it an otter survey, because in reality that's all it is??

    Changes to Rod License

It will make no difference in terms of how many rods people use as that is determined by the clubs/owners, which is up to 4 rods, just because there is a change in license rules doesn't change club rules

I live 20 mins from the ouse and still choose not to fish it

BFW poll on close season lift or extension.

personally I would like to see it gone, but I think we have to be a little bit careful on what we wish for. Firstly the prices of fishing tickets might increase because most of the club rivers are often leased off the local farmer, and if he is on the ball he could say that the members will be...

Your most treasured piece of fishing tackle

Mine is my car, without it my Barbel fishing would be pretty non existent, plus it's a good place to dry my gear when wet as I'm not allowed "smelly fishing stuff" in the flat, I argue that it's not smelly as I don't catch anything :-)

    High Speed Rail Link

Also a little snippet out of a national paper HERE IS NO BENEFIT TO LOCALS' Caroline Owen-Thomas will lose her home and business when HS2 is built. She runs the Weights & Measures Gym at South Heath near Great Missenden in Buckinghamshire. The proposed route goes straight through her business...

    High Speed Rail Link

The government reckons it will take 60 years to recoup the money they have spent on the railway!! In my opinion its gonna be a even more of a flop than Torres move to Chelsea. Lets be honest its only built for fat middle classed businessmen whose wobbily legs cant handle the normal journey down...
