    John, You could try the Trent plenty of doubles in this river,the Ribble has a few to, in fact thinking about it every river that contains barbel have doubles in them.If you want a holiday base yourself some where in the midlands. You then have access to many rivers Pitlands Farm at Clifton...

    Hi Tom, only 1 breeding pair of hen harriers in England this year sad news indeed, plenty in Scotland though.If you have seen one in the south could be a male march harrier.
