Never had a problem with online shopping, even with returns. Sadly it's the future for local vendors.
One of my local tackle shops failed to "go online" and do mail order and went under a few years ago. Another opened up, went online straight away and is doing quite well.

I have a pair of 10ft 3lb helicals and for the money, they're great. I wouldn't hesitate to buy helicals in the 1.75 or 2.25
The former come with two tops, avon and quiver.
QD conversion parts.

I can't recall exactly how long I've it but I'd guess at about 20 years give or take, only ever had a couple of issues with it, once when piking on the water mentioned to Chris above when the temps during the day changed quite a lot from a freezing cold to relatively warm (or vice versa). The...
No Chris. I can get at the widget from both ends of the outer pole, ie, I can remove the butt cap and remove it from the back or simply slide it out of the front without removing the butt cap.
I'll take a pic, the top one (which I remembered as being black but I must have remembered the very...
I have the NGT ones on all of my made up rods ready to go, either in quivers or loose on top of the barrow. I sometimes don't use a quiver if I'm using a barrow.
