Heavy feeders

I had not heard of the shop so I thought i would ring first....no answer, dubious about ordering on-line from somone i haventy heard of

Anyone used them before

Not had a problem with Paypal payments before, usually has to be a verified account etc..

No answer on ther first number and second unobtainable.........

I'll call later this week. Might be away??

Hope it works out OK, I was going to order some of these as the prices are very attractive compared to the Korum feeders.
 
Hi Everyone,
I ordered some feeders and weights from matts tackle last thursday (4.2.2010) and didn't know what the delivery was, so i rang them up and left a message on the answer phone on friday (5.2.2010). They rang back on monday (8.2.2010) and told me that different amounts of weights cost more, apparently i did not pay enough. So this was sorted over the phone and i paid for next day delivery (sending them today) and i am expecting them tomorrow. I'll let you know how i get on tomorrow!!!

Thats reassuring Terry, although the heavier weights do have an increased per unit charge on the pricing? and did have when I ordered on the 4th.

I have sent them an email.

Give them a call (both numbers on their website) if its an answerphone leave them your name and number, as my wife did, she said they were really nice and helpful.

I hope that i haven't caused anyone to lose any money by posting this link, Iv never had a problem with pay-pal registerd company's, Graham maybe a call to pay-pal for a refund would be a good idea
 
Don't worry Mark. Just had a call back as soon as I posted.

Paul (the owner) says he is a bit behind because had lots of orders suddenly. He apologises for anyone waiting.

Mine were sent out last night he says.
