Wanted - Redington CPS 6 or 7wt Fly Rod - 9ft or 10 ft

Doing a bit of fly fishing during the close season & sadly managed to snap the tip section off my CPS 9ft 6wt rod and looking for a replacement rod ( or even less likely a replacement tip for my rod).

Just in case anyone has one tucked away.

I decided to contact Redington to check if they had spares - my expectation was low considering how long ago they stopped production of their CPS model.

Anyway Redington come under Guide Fishing who also have Rio,Sage, Loon and Mclean and within 2 days of submitting an enquiry I have a new tip section being posted out to me for £50 incl postage.

I'm so impressed by their customer service.

Guide Fly Fishing are really good.

They used to import Scott rods - which I used in the days of 3 piece travel rods (pre 9/11).
