Swanshot

Morning Gents,

There is a small, bespoke angling company out there called Swanshot which I came across a couple of years ago and given a few on here like their handcrafted, English based products I thought I'd give them a mention.

They intentionally fly under the radar so to speak, if you're not looking you won't find them.

The articles section is great and the bespoke products they do 3 or 4 times a year are first class.

I've bought a few things off them over the last year, more from a collectable viewpoint as everything made only has a limited run and once it's gone, it's gone forever.

The most recent additions being handmade, bespoke baiting needles which are 👌👌

Worth checking out

To add, I have no affiliation to them whatsoever other than being a customer..

Thanks

Lewis

I wouldn't say the prices are ridiculous at all. It's all in how much value the consumer considers the item to hold. If you like bespoke, handcrafted items that are one of a kind or a limited run made with solely British produce then they are worth what someone is prepared to pay.

The fact almost every release sells out within a week says there is a market out there.

No different to those who purchase boilies for £15kg when ones that are £10kg will catch the same fish. Or spending £500 on a rod when one that costs £100 will do a similar job.

Thanks

Knowing you as I do I find this funny 🤣🤣you are self confessed as tight as a gnats chuff ..... NO WAY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU PAY £35 for a bait needle Baldrick .

And I pay £15 a kilo for boilies because I think they are worth it .

Simple as that 😁😁they come in a foil bag .. 🤣🤣👍
