Blank identification

Any idea which blank this might be?
I was hoping it was going to turn out to be a Harrison 2.25, but it's not.
Spigot. 1990s I guess.
The gap between the wraps is wider than a Harrison Avon or a Tricast and closer than a NW carbon- Kevlar.

Could be an early Century blank - I had some from Paul Boote (Tristar) that looked like that.

They did have spigots. And he did a 12ft 2 1/4.
