Drennan double rod sleeve - size ok for 4500 size reels?

I'm looking at the Drennan specialist double rod sleeve and would like to know if anyone has experience (of the latest version) and will they accomodate rods with Daiwa emcast 4500 reels? They seem like a decent bit of kit but I have seen comments made from a few years ago that the pockets were on the small side. The marketing photos show the sleeves with rod and reels of an unspecififed size.

Thanks in advance.

My drennan specialists sleeves take 5010s etc .. 👍👍

Hi Richard.
I have one of these for sale. Great bit of kit only selling as i have always prefered a quiver.
I used it with Shimano 4000dl baitrunners but would say a 6000 model would fit no problem.
I have some 8000 big pits on my carp rods i could see how they fit to give an idea if it would help you 👍

Thanks Martyn. After posting this morning I’ve had a rethink and was thinking a quiver also. I do a bit of carping also but not liking the tons of equipment you have to cart around so like the idea of a quiver and travelling a bit lighter.

Ok mate no problem i have bothe the 2 and 3 rod Drennan specialist quivers. I prefer to use the 3 rod for my Barbel/Chub fishing as slightly more room in it although i onlt strap 2 rods to it
