Because you can attach the chair on the ruckbag.I don't understand why chairs designed for roving etc never come with straps as if I get one hopefully there will be some way of securing one

Hmmmmmm, no @Jim BrookTerry don’t you take3 rods, 3 reels, rod pod, 2 bite alarms, 20 feeders, 20 leads, 10 floats, 10 packets of hooks, 3 spools of hook length material, 3 catapults, numerous items of end tackle, can of corn, can of meat, ground bait, boilies in different sizes, pellets in different sizes, large reclining chair, massive unhooking matt, huge landing net? I’m sure I’ve forgotten something!
