Please visit the Bruce & Walker website to see the pedigree and construction specification of these rods. They are all individually hand built in Britain by B & W and carry the resultant new price tag of £1144 each. I have the following hexagraphs for sale which have the cane colouration and reel rings.

Hexagrpah Avon No.1 (1 lb t/c)....NOW SOLD
Hexagraph Avon No.2 (1.1/4 lb t/c)
Hexagraph Ray Walton Specialist No.2 (1.1/4 lb t/c)

I am looking for £450 per rod plus any courier cost, but would prefer collection or if close enough to meet up half way.

Any questions please message me or ring me on 07782 503316.

What is the difference between the Hexagraph Avon No.2 (1.1/4 lb t/c) & Hexagraph Ray Walton Specialist No.2 (1.1/4 lb t/c) please?

Hi John, very little really other than the length of the cork handle. The Avon butt is 22" and the Ray Walton Specialist is 26". Designed I believe to feel more comfortable when rolling meat.

They will do well on an auction
Here’s a recent one that ended.

Hi Roger
How do these rods differ to Harrison/Free spirit?
I’ve never used one so I can’t compare.
Thanks
Steve.

Hi Steve, basically totally different. I have 2 of the 1.75 Chimera Harrisons which I consider excellent barbel rods (can't comment on the Free Spirts) but I tend to use them on larger rivers (well large to me). I use the Hexagraphs on the Hampshire Avon & Dorset Stour to which I believe they are well suited. Slightly smaller at 11' and teamed with a decent centrepin are an absolute joy to play a fish on with a full right through action.
All the best,
Roger
