Can anyone give me any info on this rod I picked it up the other day?
11ft, roughly 1.5lb. Any idea on blank?
Looks like a Ballista with the spiral finish.

Ruth at the shop has a pretty solid memory of these things.

If you're looking at moving it on, let me know first ;-)

I own one of these. It's a cracking rod and a feels like a stepped down GTI. My best guess is that is built on the Harrison Stepped-up (SU) Avon blank which has a nominal TC rating of 1lb 10oz. It does feel like a 1.8 to me though, but Harrison do overstate the TC on some blanks (the med range Interceptor for example).

Bought mine on Ebay for £50 brand new. It handles double figure barbel in summer flows with a aplombe but also bends nicely with chub.
