Wow..... Reuben Heaton customer service.

They are an excellent company. Their after sales care and servicing is excellent.

I wish more tackle companies were specialised/niche like this. They just do scales to an high standard instead of copying everyone and doing everything!

That’s really good and how it should be.

I’ve only had two experiences with angling companies direct.

Drennan:
The usual broke on my Twistlock and they sent x2 out free of charge which I received within three days

Korum:
Plastic spreader bloke broke on my folding spoon . The wanted £4.50 for the part and about £7 for postage. I now don’t buy anything Korum.

Fair play to my local indy tackle shop, was in the shop one day moaning about Korum and they went and unscrewed one from a landing net and gave it me for free. I didn’t even buy the net from them !!!
