Who Built The TW & TM Pulse Rods?

A couple of years ago I was in contact with the person who built all the Century Pulse barbel and chub rods for Trefor West and Tony Miles via this forum, but for the life of me I can't remember his name. Can anyone help?

Malc. Certainly built Century rods and I seem to recall reading somewhere he built the pulse rods.

Can't find a Century Pulse TW 11ft Barbel rod in my records. Either it was custom made (possible but unlikely) or one of the following -

T.M. 11' 3" Downstream Plus 2oz & 3oz Overfit Quivers
T.W. 10' 6" Chub Plus 1oz Overfit Quiver
