When to switch from high oil pellets

Hi Dave,
Straight away and don't go back to them!!!!Just my feeling that the high oil pellets are detrimental to fish health in the long term and there are so many excellent alternatives out there

Ha, not an answer I was expecting! I haven't found anything nearly as good, what would you recommend?

I haven't used pellets for 10 years or more now. In summer I glaze my boilies with salmon oil and in winter use paste. I make my own, but have caught well on Carp Company Icelandic Red, Nutrabaits Trigga, Nutrabaits BFM black pepper and caviar in the past and more recently Solars Takeaway Seafood.

Sticky Baits 10mm Krill boilies for hookbaits and a few loose feed and any carp type pellet as carpet feed if that's what suits your water, most of which now have a low oil content
