What banksticks/ storm poles??

Just after some recommendations for decent, well made auger/ PowerPoint type banksticks.
The old Fox cam lock/ power point sticks were perfect for what I want but as with everything in fishing they’ve long been discontinued andhave brought out similar but not as well made versions. I bought the most recent fox PowerPoint stick and the very top section that the rest screws into is loose and wobbles no matter what I’ve tried. Also the cam lock is not as good as the old ones and quite fiddly to unlock.
Why do they have to change decent products!??
 
The Advanta ones on Angling Direct seem okay. Used for the last couple of seasons with my Drennan Specialist Brolly and not had any issues. Don't know if they tick the 'well made' criteria, but they're very reasonably priced. The longest ones are currently out of stock, mind...
 
I hate cheap nasty storm poles with a passion but I’ve got several of the NGT ones which are absolute brutes. They have the twist drive in points, decent locking system and the material walls are nice and thick and chunky.
Worth a punt with those and I’m not a lover of the brand.

Got to be honest I bought some avanti ones from angling direct...(.I'm usually fussy in what I buy)....gotta say there great and would buy again

Hi Neil, have a look at the wychwood nts range, no fiddly thumb screws anymore!
 
For storm-poles the Korum screw ones are good as they come with a small detachable handle which really allows you to drive the bankstick into the ground.

For regular bankstick I use Fox block label mainly as they fit into their matching stage-stands so I can use on pallets if needed or just drive into the ground as normal.
