thank you all very much.
my first barbel of 2010 (not really a suprise) and my first daylight barbel of the season !!
started the session just after 5.00pm and after not being happy with my first 2 casts i hooked it at 5.35 probably within no more than 15 minutes of recasting .
i usually only have one cast but i havent caught from this swim before so i wasnt entirely sure where any feeding fish would be .
i am looking forward to a very sleepless night .
