An interesting, factual and well presented document was launched in Westminster yesterday at a Wildlife Conservation Link (WCL) event.
The Blueprint for Water Partnership (which includes the AT, Salmon and Trout Conservation UK, rspb, Rivers Trusts, Wildlife Trusts and many others) is calling on the Government to ensure that by 2021 we:
- Use water wisely
- Stop pollution in our waters
- Manage floods for people and wildlife
- Create, protect and restore places for wildlife
- Join up water management
