I know this is an unusual ask, but i,m planning on a second ever sea fishing trip at the end of September ( Anglesey ), has any one got any sea fishing plugs/spinners that they would be willing to sell ? Been on the sea fishing forums, and they seem to recommend silvery surface lures for catching Bass. All,s we caught last time, was small Wrasse using close-in float fishing tactics using ragworm. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Caught all my Bass on Flying Condoms (honest) sold in most tackle shops for about 3 quid. Come in different weights (no pun intended).
There must be hundreds of so called Bass lures, I would check out the local tackle shop, if there is one, and ask what others are catching on.
They have a good casting weight, and will take Bass, Pollack, Mackies, Garfish, a mate even had a Wrasse on one !
I have a few in my tackle box, but your not having them ! :0) :0)
Also, try these..in 12.5 CM, pearl, real fish takers, fished sink and draw. They work for pike as well.
