Wanted Shimano 8000xtea & 4000D spool

wanted one 8000 Xtea spool and 2 x 4000D spools.

just one queation will the 6000 or 10000 xtea fit just aswell?

Be careful mate as the line lay can bunch up at one end mate ;) (trick of the trade)
 
Pretty certain the body of the 6000,8000 and 10,000 is the same so spools should be interchangeable.I believe that's the reason why the 5000 was dropped as its body size was unique to that reel.A phone call to Felindre should answer your question for definite,however they couldn't in the case of whether D and OC are compatible,because they needed a reel to try the spools on.
 
Thats whst I thought too ref the xtea spools Peter thank you. I did see a 4000d spool on eBay a few weeks ago for a silly price dont know why I didnt buy it. Oh well...
Cheers Wayne a lot miss that becaise the washers are within the spools.
