Vacuum sealing baits

Hi all, thinking of getting one of these primarily to store boilies and paste, can anyone who does this recommend a vacuum sealer? Also how long do you think I could store freshly rolled small batch boilies/paste in fridge once vacuum sealed?
I’m hoping I can knock up a batch of bait maybe once a month then split into smaller ‘session’ packs I can just grab last minute

You can get decent cheap units on amazon and you will omly need a basic one for bait
I buy a couple of kilos of boilies at the begin of the season and do parcels of 15 baits which is enough for a days fishing
You can buy rolls or bags on ebay

Yep, I have the same one too. Bought it for packing dehydrated beef and chicken for my dog.

Comes with Lidl’s 3 yr guarantee too.

Speak to Gerry Giles on this site - fountain of knowledge on lots of things inc vacuum sealers!
Blimey !!! wouldnt go that far mate lol
but yes I have been using Vacuum Sealers for a number of years using them for bait and just as important stews and currys all sorts of food just plop the sealed bags in a pan of hot water and great easy food I have had a couple of different ones so can offer some info that might help someone make a choice
TWO important functions SUCKING all the air out and SEALING
to do this requires power and this is where you need to be looking the lower power ones (budget ) tend to be around 80watt the commercial types around 200watt so think about that
budget ones tend not to get as much air out and more important the seal can often leak after a short time and easily pulled apart
my one is no longer available sadly

but I did some research and if I wanted to buy one I would 100% buy this one its got all the specs you could wish for 120 watt DOUBLE SEAL , DRY & MOIST FOOD and SOUS VIDE COOKING

it even comes with a kit with everything you need to get started and at a VERY reasonable price IMHO .£24.29 free delivery at time of posting ........TIP on the amazon link watch the video

EDIT
EDIT IF budget is not a problem their other model that like mine has a built in cutter and slightly more power 140w is a great buy deoends really what you what to do
