Tri-Cast Trilogy Long Range Feeder rod
13 feet in length.
2 equal 6’ lengths and a foot long tip so it will fit in a normal 12’ rod sleeve.
Comes with the 2oz tip and a shortened and professionally repaired 1oz tip that is more like 3oz now as I’m keeping the other tips for my other tricast rods.
Used just twice at Ferry Medows for long range bream.
New tips are available for this rod as this is a current model selling at £249
A Google search shows that even if you buy 1.5oz and 1oz tips for it at £29 each you will still be getting a quality as new rod for nearly half price.
Would suit an angler with other tri-cast feeder rods as the tips are interchangeable.
Would make a great chub rod with the 2oz tip and the shortened firmer tip
The original tips were 1oz, 1.5oz and 2oz. The 2 lighter tips won’t be much use on distance river work.
Lovely action with power to cast big feeders and control large fish.
